Returns Policy
In case of an unsatisfied purchase, the customer is eligible to return the item in exchange for a refund, under the following conditions;
Customer must request for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days after receiving the order, by sending us an email at: sales@juvite.net
The jewelry needs to be in the same condition as it was received in (unworn and with tags)
It needs to be returned in the same package it was sent in, kindly put extra padding to prevent any damage during shipping

Juvite cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
Shipping charges for returned items are not refundable.
Customers are eligible for a one time return only.
In case of a manufacturer defect, Juvite offers a one-time repair within the first 6 months of purchase. It might take up to two weeks to repair the jewelry. Repair will be based on availability.
